Over the years, LDC has been steadily building up expertise in focusing some of the niche areas in general building construction. Management’s long-term strategy emphasises on the need to focus on our core competencies and to leverage on them to achieve a sustainable and profitable business. LDC identifies several growth areas which align with the company’s strategic goals. Building upon its domain expertise, LDC widens its customer’s network to include residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Cementing customer relationship is another strategy that LDC has been pursuing with great success. True to its form, LDC has established several high profile customers who have been patronising its services for many years. In effect, LDC has evolved with its stable of customers, resulting in recurring and new contracts whenever the needs arise.

Going forward, LDC plans to adopt the following growth strategies:
